For making a banner for a restaurant, what should i prefer.. Glow sign boards or Neon sign Boards?

I live in the city of Mumbai, and I'm opening a restaurant. I want to make the banner on the lines of Budweiser beer logo.

People really do not care if a character striking, they just want good food.
