has anybody found a easy way to move their direct tv into starrett city?

I pull in a few weeks Starrett. I Can not Stand Cablevision. I was asked if someone could tell me how can I hook up my direct tv? Verizon Fios in Starrett City?
Your best bet is just DirectTV and tell them you're in motion. You leave your meal and take your receivers, and they will install a new dish at the new location at no extra charge.

I prefer tto Starrett City in a few weeks. I wonder whether it was in Starrett City are available. So, as the service and what is it emerges from channel list? Thank you in advance. It is also possible that I can do Verizon DSL and phone in one package to have at a lower price?
