How do I repair the lights and sound on a Gemmy inflatable Christmas decoration?

I have a 11ft. Inflatable Light Show Snowman & Penguin Family (Model # 18828) that I bought last year at Home Depot.

No longer work after only 1 season, the light and sound, not just the fan. When I was in the past year was all. Well, if I do until there are problems.

What must I do to get the lights and sound to work again?

Make sure all lights are working on the track.

How can you stop an inflatable Christmas carousel from getting twisted on the inside and not rotating?
