How much do artist get to do sketch cards? Any company lets say Topps company for example? ?

say, an artist makes sketches 300, how much will he / she paid? I understand that they are under contract, but for how much money?

I know, two artists who had tickets for "The Wizard of the Coast's Magic. Do not sketches, they were filled with acrylic paintings. They were each paid $ 200, but gave all rights to the company, ie WotC got the full picture and could do whatever they wanted with them.
